Before you send your CAD files

Accepted upload formats: .dwg, .dxf, .ifc, .pln, .pla. 1–20 files · up to 5 GB per file · 10 GB total.
- Send the source drawing or model
- Provide DWG, DXF or IFC files, rather than a PDF export. The uploader also accepts PLN and PLA; confirm conversion support for your Archicad version before relying on that route. An accepted extension alone does not establish that a file can be converted.
- Describe the model you need
- In the optional notes, identify the source software/version, units, storeys and disciplines, drawing revision, target Revit version, and required native elements. Note your template and family requirements and any missing references.
- Provide a contact
- Name and email are required. Company and project notes are optional. Arrange transfer of templates, families or other supporting formats with the service contact; the assessment uploader only accepts its listed formats.
- What the free assessment covers
- We check the supplied files, identify missing information found during review, and assess fit for conversion. The free assessment does not include delivery of the converted Revit model.
- Agree the conversion scope
- Agree the supported source and Revit versions, disciplines, element detail, templates/families, coordinates, exclusions, model checks, revisions, price and delivery date before conversion starts.
